1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Glydeo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Glydeo is an AI-powered coaching platform that analyzes user-uploaded videos and provides personalized technique feedback. The Service includes:

• Video upload and storage
• AI-powered video analysis
• Personalized coaching feedback and recommendations
• Progress tracking across sessions
• Custom coaching guide creation using AI and web research

2.1 Coaching Guide Generation

When you create a custom coaching guide, our Service uses Google Search to find expert coaching resources related to your chosen activity. This information is then processed by AI to generate a personalized coaching guide tailored to your skill level and goals. The search is performed on your behalf solely for the purpose of building your guide.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google, X (Twitter), or Apple OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Content and Data Rights

4.1 Video Content

You retain full ownership of all video content you upload to the Service. By uploading videos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze your videos solely for the purpose of generating your personalized coaching feedback. We do not use your video content for AI training, model development, or any other purpose. Your videos are stored in private storage accessible only to you, and we do not share, sell, or provide access to your videos to any third parties.

4.2 Analysis Results

The AI-generated coaching feedback and analysis results produced from your sessions become part of our Service data. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, store, analyze, and learn from the text-based analysis results to improve our AI models, develop new features, and enhance our services. This license applies only to the analysis results, not to your original video content.

4.3 Profile Information

By providing profile information (such as skill level, equipment preferences, and coaching goals), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use this data to personalize your experience, train and improve our AI models, perform analytics and user segmentation, and develop new features. This data may be aggregated or anonymized for these purposes.

4.4 Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Includes personal information of others without consent
• Contains malware or malicious code

4.5 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users.

5. Credits, Subscriptions, and Usage Limits

5.1 Credit System

Certain features of the Service (such as video analysis and coaching guide creation) consume credits. Credits are granted based on your subscription plan and may also be purchased separately as credit packs. Free accounts receive a one-time credit grant. Paid subscription plans provide monthly credit allowances.

5.2 Subscription Plans

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans with varying credit allowances, video storage limits, and features. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page and are subject to change. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our third-party payment processors (Stripe and Polar).

5.3 Usage Limits

The Service includes usage limits that vary by subscription plan, including but not limited to:

• Monthly credit allowances

• Maximum number of stored videos
• Number of custom coaching guides

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to harm or exploit minors

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The coaching feedback provided by Glydeo is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended for informational and educational purposes only. Please note:

• AI-generated feedback may not always be accurate or applicable to your situation
• The Service does not replace professional coaching or medical advice
• You should consult qualified professionals for personalized instruction
• You participate in sports activities at your own risk
• We are not responsible for injuries resulting from following AI-generated advice

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Glydeo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLYDEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glydeo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.
